Game #48 - Layer It Up

 Hello!

It's time for another new challenge here at AAA Birthday.

But before I get on to that I'd just like to say a fond farewell to Mugdha and Giorgia who are leaving the DT.

Mugdha was one of the founding members of AAA Birthday and her creativity and loyalty will be greatly missed.

Giorgia has also amazed us with her creativity and will be greatly missed.

All best wishes to you both for whatever the future holds for you.

Now for the challenge.

For April we'd like to see birthday cards that have multiple layers.

Apart from the obvious multiple layers of paper option you could use a stamp that features an image of something layered up like the cake on our challenge badge or maybe a die cut that has layers.
That's two other ways to interpret this theme, no doubt you'll come up with more.

This month we have two fabulous guest designers to inspire you with their ideas.

First up is Denise. She has used die cuts to create this incredibly beautiful card for a 30th birthday. Don't you just love the almost all white design?

And secondly is Shruti who has picked the prettiest of colour palettes for her multi layered use of patterned papers. How awesomely beautiful is that!

Now for the AAA Birthday DT. Every month they amaze me with their creativity and differing interpretations of the challenge themes - a real feast for your eyes!

~taking an extended break~

Well how about that?
You know what I'm going to say now - yep it's over to you. It's going to be a month long fest of layered creativity on birthday cards!

Peace & Hugs
The AAA Birthday Team
